Tell us a bit about your background, family and your education

I’m the second daughter of my parents. Born and brought up in Lagos. My primary and secondary educations were at Bola Olat Private School/College in Lagos and graduated as a Microbiologist from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun state.

Tell us about your personal style…

Timeless, Chic and Glam.

If you were not a make up artist, what else would you be of interest to you?

Hmmn.. I would definitely be a Medical Doctor.

Where do you see yourself in ten years?

Owning a beauty haven which will be the best getaway for women of Class, Color and Style.

How do you relax?

Listen to music, watch a movie and sometimes, I hangout with friends.

What is your favorite music?

I love Soul

Any advice for budding make-up artists?

Once you’ve got the zeal, let nothing stop you.

Advice for absolutely anyone?

Always be the best you can be.

Why and how did u become a make-up artist?

I developed the love for colors while working as a fashion stylist in my final year at the university  and because I have the yearning to make people look better and put a smile on their faces, I decided to add to my image branding knowledge by going into the world of makeup artistry. .

What do you love the most about your job?

The smile on my clients’ faces when I’m done with my “glamness”

And the least favorite?

Well,my least favorite would be leaving home very early for a job only to have to wait for brides/clients to arrive hours later.

Any make-up artists that inspire you?

Banke Meshida Lawal inspires me a whole lot. And of course, the ever amiable, Lolade Ogunjimi

Can you tell us a few people you have have worked with?

I’ve worked on Sasha, Psquare, Wizkid, Timi Dakolo, Hakeem Kae-Kazim (of the Hotel Rwanda fame) for Side-view Magazine, Stephanie Okereke for Style Me Up Magazine, Nikki Laoye and Omoni Oboli for Engage Magazine, worked at the Arise Magazine Fashion Show ’11, Fab Magazine Fashion Show ’11, Etisalat Rebranding Fashion Show ’12 and with all my lovely ‘Glam Brides’.

Finally, what do you like to do when you’re not working?

When I’m not using my magic beautifying powers..lol… I do creative writing for my blog, magazines and websites and do more research on new makeup ideas.
